TV show host and anchor Niranjan Deshpande's debut movie 'BOMBAY MITTAI' under the production banner 'TOUCHWOOD CREATIONS' has completed its first phase of film shooting for thirty days in locations like Mysore,Madikeri,Chickmaglur,Karwar,Hubli and many other places in Karnataka.While Disha Pandey is playing the female lead role in the movie,other star cast includes Chikanna,Vikram,Sunil,Bullet Prakash,Nalloor Narayan,Moog Suresh,Kishori Balal and Michael Madhu.The Movie is Directed by Chandramohan.

MJ— Rockstar Rohit has bagged himself a guest appearance role in the movie ‘BOMBAY MITTAI' , where Rohit has played a cop's role.He Managed to attend the film shoot just somedays before he entered Big Boss (Kannada Season—2) as a Contestant. The Movie is being produced under the banner TOUCHWOOD CREATIONS. Chandramohan's Directorial debut movie 'BOMBAY MITTAI' produced under the banner TOUCHWOOD CREATIONS has completed 80 percent of the shoot and only the climax part has to be shot. The story revolves around three boys and a girl who is from Bombay.Hence forth the title of the movie is in reference to the heroine's character, symbolically stating that she is a desirable sweet. While Disha Pandey & Niranjan Deshpande are playing the lead roles other star cast includes Chikanna,Vikram,Sunil,Bullet Prakash,Nalloor Narayan,Moog Suresh,Kishori Balal and Michael Madhu.

“This Sweet (MITTAI) is not meant for tasting” initially clarified Director Chandramohan at the press meet.
Disha Pandey, plays the female lead role in the movie is titled after the famous & delicious south Indian sweet ‘BOMBAY MITTAI’. Chandramohan whose directorial debut is ‘Bombay Mittai’ has had twelve years of immense experience in the industry, working with the top film makers like Ravichandran, Indrajit Lankesh, M.S.Ramesh and many more. This movie has seven important widely diverse characters which resembles the seven colors of the rainbow . Producer, Aamir Sherif, who himself is a writer, has played a vital role in the scripting of this project.
The Director also revealed that a top Sandalwood actor would be roped in to essay the role of a cop when probed about the eye catching police inspector’s uniform that hung behind the dais. While he didn’t reveal the name of the actor, a map was displayed to give information regarding different places in Karnataka where the shooting of this project would take place..
The Story revolves around four boys falling in love with a girl from Bombay. During a road trip TV show host and anchor, Niranjan Deshpande, shared his carefree and fun experience during the song shoot. Chickanna, Vikram & Sunil play the other lead roles in the movie. Indrajit Lankesh who launched the movie poster shared his experience about his directorial debut movie. Producer Soudha Sherif, Executive producer Nallor Narayan and Cameraman Shivakumar were present at the press meet.

Disha Pandey, who is from Bombay, came to Bangalore, to play a role in the movie. The same concept is used in the script by the Director Chandramohan. Disha, who has managed to bag a role in the Shrinagara Kitty starrer movie, plays the female lead role in ‘BOMBAY MITTAI’.
‘BOMBAY MITTAI’ is Chandramohan’s directorial debut. TV anchor and host Niranjan Deshpande plays the male lead. The Team has completed maximum part of the shoot. The story revolves around a girl, from Bombay, a travel lover who embarks on a road trip through various spots in Karnataka and four boys falling in love with her along the way.
“This is a total comedy entertainment movie,” said Chandramohan. Chickanna, Vikram & Sunil play the other lead roles in the movie. Indrajit Lankesh who launched the movie poster shared his experience about his directorial debut movie.
